Well priced and fairly clean accommodation with incredible location right by the center of town, close to a central busstation as well as a national park of sorts. The breakfast with even pancakes made to order. Easy check-in, parking nearby...

The rate was fair related to the accomodation and the services.Easy to arrive in Utrecht centre by public transport in about 30 minutes.
Unfortunately the person(s) who used previously must have smoked (cigars?)

Excellent and unbeatable location close to the center area. Handy location just off the Netherlands. - Buses going directly from Utrecht Centraal train station. - Situated only 1 km from Walkartpark.

Had great stay for 1 or 2 nights with welcoming staff and magnificent location right next to the bus station. Overall it was perfectly clean in floors:)))

While the Building is so old, it is well kept and supplies all accessories needed on the room and bathroom. The staff is friendly , the heating system run very good, the bathroom is small but is everything you need there.

Good location in town. Overnight parking free nearby. Free wifi in room. Personel helpful.
Very strong smell of cigarettes all through the hotel. Outside and inside generally old and shabby looking.

The location of this place is great, situated in the heart of town near restaurants and pubs, and the spacious family queen room with a high window was lovely.

The location was excellent, honest staff. Clean room with facilities, water cooker, coffee, tea, shampoo, tv, heater, Internet though the signal went off sometimes; but it was for free. Good price and a friendly hotel bar downstairs... Which did not disturb at all. Excellent location to very good restaurants, all bus stops, parks and the main shopping street... Safe location. Happy and I recommend it. I will always come back!!
WIFi Internet signal... Sometimes it went off... That could be the only thing.
